Oxpeckers Investigative Environmental Journalism’s #WildEye and USAID’s VukaNow Activity for the launch of the new #WildEye mapping and tracking tool. This event will start at 10am SAST, on Wednesday 17 November 2021. You’ll also get to meet the #WildEye Southern Africa Data Journalism Community, and hear about their experiences of learning how to combat wildlife crime in the region through data-driven investigations. This session is for reporters, concerned citizens, nonprofits and anyone interested in learning about wildlife trafficking and other environmental crimes in Southern Africa.
